Açık rızanın kapsamı
Aşağıda belirtilen kişisel veri kategorilerinin, KVKK Aydınlatma Metni'nde belirtilen amaçlarla işlenmesine açık rıza verdiğimi beyan ederim:
1. Doğrulanmış NEAR cüzdan adresi: Cüzdan sahipliğimi imzalı bir mesaj (NEP-413 veya EIP-712) ile kanıtladıktan sonra, cüzdan adresimin hesabıma bağlanması ve ödül ödemelerinin bu adrese gönderilmesi.
2. Cüzdan adresinin yaptırım listelerine karşı taranması: OFAC, BM, AB ve MASAK yaptırım listelerine karşı tarama yapılması; yaptırım listesinde olunması halinde bağlantının reddedilmesi.
3. Onay ve işlem kayıtlarının saklanması: Bağış ve ödül talepleri sırasında verdiğim onayların, gösterilen metnin SHA-256 değeri ile birlikte 10 yıl boyunca saklanması.
4. Türkiye Cumhuriyeti'nde mukim olduğum beyanının saklanması: v1 sürüm kapsamında ödül havuzundan yararlanmak için TR mukimi olduğumu beyan ettiğim ve bu beyanın denetim amacıyla saklandığı.
Rıza geri çekme
Açık rızamı dilediğim zaman geri çekebileceğimi, geri çekme durumunda doğrulanmış cüzdan bağlantımın iptal edileceğini ve bekleyen ödeme talebim varsa yöneticiye bildirim gideceğini anladım. Geri çekme; KVKK ve MASAK uyarınca daha önce işlenmiş ve saklanması yasal yükümlülük olan denetim kayıtlarına etki etmez.
Aktarım
Cüzdan adresim, NEAR blockchain üzerinde yer alacağı için kamuya açıktır. Adres dışındaki kişisel verilerim üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz, yurt dışına aktarılmaz.
Yukarıdaki açık rıza kapsamını okuduğumu, anladığımı ve serbest irademle onayladığımı beyan ederim.

Scope of explicit consent
I declare that I give explicit consent for the processing of the following personal data categories for the purposes set out in the KVKK Information Notice:
1. Verified NEAR wallet address: after I prove wallet ownership via a signed message (NEP-413 or EIP-712), the wallet address is bound to my account and reward payouts are sent to that address.
2. Sanctions screening of the wallet address: screening against OFAC, UN, EU, and MASAK sanctions lists; if the address is on any such list, the binding is rejected.
3. Retention of consent and transaction records: my consents at donation and reward-claim time are retained for 10 years together with the SHA-256 of the text I was shown.
4. Retention of my Türkiye-residency declaration: under v1 scope, I declare residency in the Republic of Türkiye in order to participate in the reward pool, and that declaration is retained for audit purposes.
Withdrawal of consent
I understand I may withdraw my explicit consent at any time. Withdrawal cancels my verified wallet binding and, if I have a pending payout, notifies the operator. Withdrawal does not affect audit records that have already been processed and whose retention is required by KVKK and MASAK.
Transfers
My wallet address is public because it is recorded on the NEAR blockchain. Personal data other than the address is not shared with third parties and is not transferred outside Türkiye.
