1. Taraflar ve kapsam

Bu Kullanım Şartları ("Şartlar"), Golgufus topluluk platformunun ("Platform") sahibi/işletmecisi ile Platforma kayıt olan kullanıcı ("Kullanıcı") arasında yapılan sözleşmedir.

2. Hizmetin tanımı

Platform; sohbet odaları, oyun ortamları, beceri tabanlı haftalık ödül havuzu (NEAR token) ve gönüllü bağış mekanizması sunar. Platforma katılım ücretsizdir; herhangi bir oyuna katılmak veya ödül havuzundan yararlanmak için ücret ödenmez.

3. Kullanıcı yükümlülükleri

  • 18 yaşından büyük olduğunu beyan etmek.
  • Türkiye Cumhuriyeti'nde mukim olduğunu beyan etmek (v1 kapsamı).
  • Hesap bilgilerinin güvenliğinden sorumlu olmak.
  • Yaptırım listelerinde (OFAC/UN/AB/MASAK) yer almadığını beyan etmek.

4. Ödül havuzu

Haftalık ödül havuzu, beceri tabanlı sıralama sonucu dağıtılır. Kullanıcı katılım için ücret ödemez. Ödül talebi Platform yöneticisinin onayına tabidir. Ödemeler, kullanıcının doğrulanmış NEAR cüzdanına otomatik olarak gönderilir.

5. İşletme payı

Her bağış ve her ödül talebinden %5'lik işletme payı kesilir. Bu pay, Platform işletme giderlerini karşılamak için kullanılır ve ödül havuzuna dahil değildir. Tüm hesaplama transparan olarak gösterilir.

6. Sorumluluk reddi

Platform; NEAR ağı kesintileri, blockchain teyit gecikmeleri ve üçüncü taraf cüzdan sağlayıcıları sorunlarından sorumlu değildir.

7. Hesap kapatma

Kullanıcı hesabını istediği zaman kapatabilir. KVKK ve MASAK gereği denetim kayıtları, hesap kapatma sonrası 10 yıl saklanır; kullanıcı tanıtıcıları takma adlandırılır.

8. Uyuşmazlık çözümü

İşbu Şartlardan doğan uyuşmazlıklarda Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Yetkili yargı yeri: [İl] Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri.

9. Değişiklikler

Şartların değişmesi halinde yeni sürüm yayımlanır. Sürüm değiştiğinde Kullanıcının yeniden onayı talep edilir.

This page describes the conditions for participating in the Platform and the main responsibilities of each side. The testing build does not move real money; the legal text will be reviewed again before any live release.

1. Parties and scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form the agreement between the owner/operator of the Golgufus community platform ("Platform") and the user who registers on it ("User").

2. Description of the service

The Platform offers chat rooms, game environments, a skill-based weekly reward pool (NEAR token), and a voluntary donation mechanism. Participation is free; there is no fee for joining any game or for taking part in the reward pool.

3. User obligations

  • Declaring that the user is over 18 years old.
  • Declaring residency in the Republic of Türkiye (v1 scope).
  • Being responsible for account credential security.
  • Declaring that the user is not on any sanctions list (OFAC / UN / EU / MASAK).

4. Reward pool

The weekly reward pool is distributed based on skill ranking. No participation fee is charged. Reward claims are subject to operator approval. Payouts are sent automatically to the user's verified NEAR wallet.

5. Operator share

A 5% operator share is deducted from every donation and every reward claim. This share covers Platform operating costs and is not part of the reward pool. Every line item is shown transparently.

6. Disclaimer of liability

The Platform is not responsible for NEAR network outages, blockchain confirmation delays, or issues caused by third-party wallet providers.

7. Account closure

Users may close their account at any time. Under KVKK and MASAK, audit records are retained for 10 years after account closure; user identifiers are pseudonymized.

8. Dispute resolution

Disputes arising from these Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. Venue: [City] Courts and Enforcement Offices.

9. Changes

When the Terms change, a new version is published. Users are asked to re-accept upon version changes.
